If you can't estimate how many decks have been played, your True Count is wrong. And if your True Count is wrong, you are betting big when you should be betting small. The pain point is guessing how many decks are in the discard tray with visual accuracy.
The Fix
Protocol 21 solves this with the Deck Estimation module. We show you a discard tray with a random number of cards and ask you to estimate the decks to the nearest 0.5 or 0.25.
